Tokyo Sushi was first opened in 1987 as one of the first Japanese restaurants in Staten Island, NY. The current owners, Mr. & Mrs. Kim, have been running the restaurant since 2003 and now offer specialty Korean dishes on the menu, notably cooked on a hot pot stone.
